Dan is a restauranteur with an understanding of design and communications. In addition to being a five-star chef, Dan has designed restaurant environments and Menu concepts for national chains, locally-owned diners and even the CIA’s on-premise restaurant in the California campus. The SosaGroup has consulted with Dan on several projects and they arre currently exploring how to get smaller, independent restaurants to integrate today’s communication technology into their marketing mix.
