Carlos is Founder/President and Design Director of the SosaGroup. With 27+ years of design experience (21 in Indianapolis), Carlos is focused on providing a high level of design and communication services (and their application in business) to his clients.

Through various assignments, he has designed, coordinated and specified the production and printing of: annual reports for clients such as The Simon Property Group, Indiana University School of Law and Horizon Bank; corporate identity materials for clients such as Mays Chemical Company, the National Institute for Fitness & Sport, the Indiana Health Industry Forum, VASA Insurance, IndyGo, Hoosier Park, The Roberto Clemente Sports City (Puerto Rico) and the Indianapolis Indians AAA Baseball Club; corporate/sales literature for clients such as Procter & Gamble, Clowes Memorial Hall, the Guidant Corporation; and specialty printing for clients such as the Eli Lilly Credit Union, St. Vincent Hospital and the State of Indiana.

A veteran of the Indianapolis design community, Carlos has served as president of the Indianapolis chapter of the American Institute of Graphic Arts and has worked with various non-profit, cultural and social organizations in both design and community involvement. Since 2004, he has served as adjunct professor (Publication and Media Design) at the Pulliam School of Journalism at Franklin College.

Carlos has also represented the local Hispanic/Latino communities through participation in several boards and organizations. Currently, he serves on the board of the Hispanic Business Council of the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce. An avid supporter of the Arts, Carlos has contributed his skills and experience to several local theatres, cultural groups and arts organizations.

Originally from New York City (more specifically, the South Bronx), Carlos' design education has been extensive. From the wonderment of bold, provocative subway grafitti to the sophistication of MOMA to the subtle blue-bricked streets of El Viejo San Juan to the neon-powered streets of Tokyo, Carlos has drawn inspiration from every visual experience he has been fortunate to have had. He has studied in New York, Minneapolis, Tokyo and Cincinnati (earning a BS in Graphic Design from the University of Cincinnati).
