Sam is an art director specializing in brand identity, print, packaging and environments. His work includes concept and design for Conseco Fieldhouse's signage system, interior/exterior building graphics and advertising criteria, promotional design for the SAP United States Grand Prix and exhibit design for the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry.

In 2002 Sam completed a self-published photographic composition documenting his cross country road trip from Seattle to New York City. The photographs were on exhibition at Dean Johnson Gallery and Clowes Memorial Hall in Indianapolis.

Sam holds a degree in Art and Advertising Design from New York City Technical College (now New York City College of Technology) and majored in Visual Communication at Indiana University's Herron School of Art-IUPUI in Indianapolis.
